Section 287.1121 - Local ordinance more restrictive than act; requirements as additional to other state and federal law(1) A local unit may adopt an ordinance governing large carnivores that is more restrictive than this act.(2) The requirements of this act are in addition to any other requirements governing a large carnivore under state and federal law.2000, Act 274, Imd.
