Section 285.329 - Action by director or department; defenses(1) This act does not limit the authority of the director or department to take action against a licensee under the grain dealers act for a violation of the grain dealers act or the rules of the department.(2) It is not a defense to an action by the director or department against a licensee under the grain dealers act for a violation of that act that the grain dealer has fulfilled its obligations under this act.Added by 2003, Act 198, s 11, eff. 11/10/2003.
