Section 257.791e - Disposal of garbage prohibited on or in a streetcar or station; violation as a civil infraction(1) A person shall not dispose of garbage, papers, gum, refuse, or another form of trash, on a streetcar or in a station that is part of a street railway system, except in receptacles designated for that purpose on the streetcar or in the station.(2) A person who violates this section is responsible for a civil infraction.Added by 2021, Act 43,s 25, eff. 7/1/2021.
