Section 18.1421a - Legislative and judicial access to state financial management system(1) The legislative and judicial branches of government shall have uninterrupted access to all capabilities of the state financial management system.(2) A person who deliberately interrupts access violates this section and is subject to a civil penalty of $1,000.00 per day for each separate violation of this section.Add. 1994, Act 301, Imd.
