Section 123.1171 - Authority; powers
An authority may do 1 or more of the following:
(a) Contract for zoological services with an accredited zoological institution.(b) Levy a tax as provided in section 13.(c) Enter into contracts incidental or necessary for the accomplishment of this act.(d) Contract for or retain professional services.
