Section 480-R - Violations; enforcement1.Violations. A violation is any activity which takes place contrary to the provisions of a valid permit issued under this article or without a permit having been issued for that activity. Each day of a violation shall be considered a separate offense. A finding that any such violation has occurred shall be prima facie evidence that the activity was performed or caused to be performed by the owner of the property where the violation occurred. 2.Enforcement.
