Section 4303-B - Exemption for wild blueberries grown on tribal land

The tax imposed by section 4303 does not apply to wild blueberries grown on tribal land. [2021, c. 681, Pt. F, §3 (NEW).]

Added by 2022, c. 681,§ F-3, eff. 8/8/2022, app. to unprocessed wild blueberries received in this State for processing, or transported to a destination outside the State, on or after 1/1/2023.
