Section 1908 - Exemption from Chief Procurement Officer rules

Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, agreements and contracts entered into pursuant to this chapter are not subject to the competitive bid requirements of the Chief Procurement Officer. [2023, c. 516, Pt. B, §48 (AMD).]
