Section 5209 - Administrative assistant1.Appointment. The board shall appoint a full-time administrative assistant to serve at the pleasure of the board. [1983, c. 459, §6(NEW).]
2.Compensation. The administrative assistant is entitled to compensation in an amount to be determined by the Governor. [1983, c. 459, §6(NEW).]

4.Powers. The administrative assistant may, subject to the rules of the board, conduct a preliminary hearing with a committed offender at any correctional facility and make written recommendations to the board concerning disposition. [1983, c. 459, §6(NEW).]
