Section 84-A - Commissioner; powers and duties1.Powers and duties. The commissioner has the following powers and duties: A. To review the function and operation of the board and regional councils to assure that these organizations are in compliance with their statutory and public service responsibilities; [1985, c. 730, §§10, 16(NEW).]B.
