Section 18706 - [Effective 1/1/2026] Active duty military personnel or their spouses

A licensee who is active duty military or is the spouse of an individual who is active duty military may designate one of the following as the home state: [2023, c. 329, §1(NEW); 2023, c. 329, §3(AFF).]

1.Home of record. Home of record;

2.Permanent change of station. Permanent change of station; or

[2023, c. 329, §1(NEW); 2023, c. 329, §3(AFF).]

3.Current residence. State of current residence if it is different than the permanent change of station state or home of record.
