Section 12553 - Rulemaking

The board may adopt rules necessary to implement this subchapter and set standards for acupuncture detoxification specialists. Rules adopted pursuant to this section are routine technical rules as defined in Title 5, chapter 375, subchapter 2-A. [2019, c. 269(NEW).]
