1.Licensing required. A person may not practice dietetics or claim to be a dietitian or a dietetic technician unless that person is licensed in accordance with this chapter. [1995, c. 402, Pt. A, §31(AMD).]
2.Individual licensing. Only an individual may be licensed under this chapter. [1987, c. 313, §5(AMD).]
3.Penalty. A person who violates this section is subject to the provisions of Title 10, section 8003-C. [2007, c. 402, Pt. Y, §3(AMD).]
