Section 1007 - Class VI licenses1.Types of liquor which may be sold. A Class VI licensee may sell malt liquor to be consumed off the premises where sold. [1987, c. 45, Pt. A, §4 (NEW).]

3.Eligible premises. The following premises are eligible to obtain a Class VI license: A. Off-premises retailers with a qualifying stock of groceries, compatible merchandise or combination of both, as described in section 1201, subsections 6 and 7.
