Section 3707 - Rules

The State Board of Arbitration and Conciliation in accordance with section 931 may adopt rules to implement this chapter. Rules adopted pursuant to this section are routine technical rules as defined in Title 5, chapter 375, subchapter 2-A. [2021, c. 665, §4(NEW).]
