Section 2022 - DefinitionsAs used in this subchapter, unless the context otherwise indicates, the following terms have the following meanings. [1991, c. 807, §2(NEW).]
1.Department. "Department" means the Department of Labor. [1991, c. 807, §2(NEW).]
2.Nontraditional occupation. "Nontraditional occupation" means:A. For a female participant, an occupation in which 25% or less of the people in that occupation are females according to the United States Department of Labor; and [1991, c. 807, §2(NEW).]B.
