Section 7273 - Severability and construction - Article 131. Severable. The provisions of this compact are severable, and if any phrase, clause, sentence or provision is determined unenforceable, the remaining provisions of the compact are enforceable. [2011, c. 217, §1(NEW).]
2.Liberally construed. The provisions of this compact must be liberally construed to effectuate its purposes. [2011, c. 217, §1(NEW).]
3.Concurrent applicability. Nothing in this compact may be construed to prohibit the applicability of other interstate compacts to which the states are members. [2011, c. 217, §1(NEW).]
