The municipal clerk has custody of voting devices used by the municipality. [1985, c. 161, §6 (NEW).]

2.Transfer prohibited. The municipal clerk may not transfer possession, custody or control of a voting device to any person except as expressly authorized by the Secretary of State. [2021, c. 536, §6 (NEW).]
