1.Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act. The Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act applies to a proceeding under this chapter regardless of whether it is joined with another proceeding under subsection 2. [2021, c. 647, Pt.
