Section 8-207 - New bonds or removal of principal

In proceedings under sections 8-205 and 8-206, if the principal does not give a new bond within the time ordered by the court, the principal must be removed and another appointed. [2017, c. 402, Pt. A, §2(NEW); 2019, c. 417, Pt. B, §14(AFF).]
