Section 8-106 - Possession by receiver

After approval of a bond under section 8-105, the court may order the public administrator to transfer and deliver to the receiver possession of the property under the warrant. The receiver shall file a schedule of the property received in the registry of probate. [2017, c. 402, Pt. A, §2(NEW); 2019, c. 417, Pt. B, §14(AFF).]
