Section 5-817 - Military advanced medical directives

A military advanced medical directive executed in accordance with 10 United States Code, Section 1044c is valid in this State. [2017, c. 402, Pt. A, §2 (NEW); 2019, c. 417, Pt. B, §14 (AFF).]
