Section 3-601 - Qualification

Prior to receiving letters, a personal representative must qualify by filing with the appointing court any required bond and a statement of acceptance of the duties of the office. [2017, c. 402, Pt. A, §2 (NEW); 2019, c. 417, Pt. B, §14 (AFF).]
