Section 1-402 - Notice; waiver

A person, including a guardian ad litem, conservator or other fiduciary, may waive notice in the manner the Supreme Judicial Court provides by rule. [2017, c. 402, Pt. A, §2(NEW); 2019, c. 417, Pt. B, §14(AFF).]
