Section 2871 - DefinitionsAs used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise indicates, the following terms have the following meanings. [1985, c. 538, §1(NEW).]
1.Day care center. "Day care center" means a child care facility, as defined in Title 22, section 8301-A, subsection 1-A, paragraph B. [2001, c. 645, §1(AMD).]
2.Nursery school. "Nursery school" means nursery school, as defined in Title 22, section 8401. [1985, c. 538, §1(NEW).]
3.Preschool facility. "Preschool facility" means any day care center or nursery school. [1997, c. 494, §2(AMD); 1997, c. 494, §15(AFF).]
