Section 204 - Aiding or soliciting suicide1. A person is guilty of aiding or soliciting suicide if he intentionally aids or solicits another to commit suicide, and the other commits or attempts suicide. [1977, c. 510, §41(RPR).]
2. Aiding or soliciting suicide is a Class D crime. [1977, c. 510, §41(RPR).]
3. It is an affirmative defense to prosecution under subsection 1 that the person's conduct was expressly authorized by Title 22, chapter 418. [2019, c. 271, §3(NEW).]
