Section 707 - Falsifying private records1. A person is guilty of falsifying private records if, with intent to defraud any person, he: A. Makes a false entry in the records of an organization, or [1975, c. 499, §1(NEW).]B. Alters, erases, obliterates, deletes, removes or destroys a true entry in the records of an organization; or [1975, c. 499, §1(NEW).]C. Omits to make a true entry in the records of an organization in violation of a duty to do so which he knows to be imposed on him by statute; or [1975, c. 499, §1(NEW).]D.
