For an application for reinstatement following administrative dissolution for failure to file an annual report, the fee is $150. 2.Service of process fee. The Secretary of State shall collect a fee of $20 each time process is served on the Secretary of State under this Title. The party to a proceeding causing service of process is entitled to recover this fee as costs if that party prevails in the proceeding. [2003, c. 344, Pt. B, §36 (AMD).]
3.Copying and certifying fees. The Secretary of State shall charge the following fees for copying and certifying the copy of any filed document relating to a domestic or foreign corporation.A.
