2.Licensed activity. The holder of a sea urchin hand-raking and trapping license may take sea urchins by hand-raking or by trap and may possess, ship, transport or sell sea urchins taken by that licensee. [1995, c. 392, §4 (NEW).]
3.Eligibility. A sea urchin hand-raking and trapping license may be issued only to an individual who is a resident. [2001, c. 421, Pt. B, §48 (AMD); 2001, c. 421, Pt. C, §1 (AFF).]
