Section 12654-A - Limit on artificial flies1.Prohibition. A person may not fish with more than 3 unbaited artificial flies individually attached to a line or hook. [2005, c. 477, §16 (AMD).]
2.Penalty. The following penalties apply to violations of this section. A.
