Section 12652 - Fishing with more than 2 lines1.Prohibition. Unless otherwise provided: A. A person may not fish with more than 2 lines at any one time during the open-water fishing season; and [2009, c. 214, §8 (NEW).]B. 2.Penalty. The following penalties apply to violations of this section. A. A person who violates this section after having been adjudicated as having committed 3 or more civil violations under this Part within the previous 5-year period commits a Class E crime.
