Section 46:2405 - Louisiana Children's Trust Fund Board; staff; dutiesA. The board, with the approval of the executive director of the Children's Cabinet, shall appoint an executive director for the board who shall be in the unclassified service and who shall report to the executive director of the Children's Cabinet.B.
