Section 46:2200 - Transportation assistance for persons who are elderly and persons with disabilities

The Department of Transportation and Development may establish and administer a program to provide assistance to applicants eligible under the provisions of Section 16(b)(2) of the federal Urban Mass Transportation Act of 1964, as amended ( 49 U.S.C. 1612).
