Section 45:844.75 - Prohibited hotspot blockingA. No person shall without legal authority knowingly interfere with, prevent, disable, or block the lawful creation of a Wi-Fi network via a personal hotspot.B. Whoever violates the provisions of this Section shall be fined a civil penalty of not more than ten thousand dollars. Each day on which a violation occurs shall be considered a separate offense.C.
