Section 37:1546 - Certificates; validity, renewal, displayA. Each holder of a certificate of approval shall, by September thirtieth of each and every year, pay to the treasury of the board an annual renewal fee as established by the board. Holders of a certificate who fail to renew on or before that date may be assessed a late renewal fee as established by the board.B.
