Section 37:1360.27 - RenewalA. Each person who holds a license as a physician assistant in this state shall, upon notification from the board, renew said license by: (1) Submitting the appropriate fee as determined by the board.(2) Completing the appropriate forms.(3) Meeting any other requirements set forth by the board.B. A physician assistant seeking licensure renewal will not be required to make a personal appearance before the board, unless the assistant is currently engaged in a licensure revocation or discipline proceeding.Added by Acts 1977, No. 753, §1.
