Section 37:882 - Violations; penalties; hearings; subpoenasA. Whoever violates any of the provisions of this Part shall be subject to the same penalties provided for in R.S. 37:850.B. Hearings for violations of the provisions of this Part shall be conducted and subpoenas shall be issued in accordance with the provisions of R.S. 37:847.
