Section 37:853 - Identification of caskets; promulgation of rulesA. Funeral establishments operating in the state shall affix, on a permanent-type material, the following information on all caskets used by such establishment for burial: (1) The name of the deceased contained in the casket.(2) The date of death of the deceased.(3) The name of the funeral home.B.
