Section 34:1041 - DefinitionsAs used in this Part, the following term have the meaning ascribed to them in this Section, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
(1) "Board of examiners" means the Board of Examiners for New Orleans and Baton Rouge steamship pilots for the Mississippi River, established in R.S. 34:1042.(2) "Pilot" means a New Orleans and Baton Rouge Steamship Pilot, as designated in R.S. 34:1043.La. Navigation and Shipping § 34:1041
