Section 33:130.601 - Definitions(1) "Authority" means the economic development authority as created by two or more municipalities.(2) "Commission" means the board of commissioners of the authority.(3) "Contract" means the local services agreement and intergovernmental contract.(4) "Municipality" means any legally incorporated city, town, or village located within the parish of Madison.(5) Repealed by Acts 2011, 1st Ex.
