Section 22:1666 - Limited claims adjuster licenseA. If considered necessary by the commissioner of insurance, the department may issue a limited claims adjuster license to an applicant in the manner otherwise provided for the issuance of a license under this Part.B. The claims adjuster license shall specifically limit the kinds of insurance that may be handled by the person.C.
