Section 14:318 - Sale of fireworks containing white or yellow phosphorus prohibited; penaltyA. No person shall sell, exchange, barter, or in any other manner dispose of any friction firework containing white or yellow phosphorus and explosives, which makes a noise and resembles a piece of candy in size and general appearance.B. Whoever violates this Section shall be fined not less than fifty dollars or imprisoned for not more than sixty days, or both.Amended by Acts 2014, No. 791,s. 7, eff. 8/1/2014.
