Section 339 - Notice of judgmentA. Notice of the signing of judgment of bond forfeiture shall be mailed by the clerk of court to the counsel of record for each party, and to each party not represented by counsel pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure Article 1913.B. The clerk shall file a certificate in the record showing the date on which the notice of the signing of the judgment was mailed. Acts 2016, No. 613, §1, eff.
