§ 1015. Disclosure of confidential security information

It is the duty of the Colonel and the members of the Capitol Police to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of any security information received, generated, disclosed, or otherwise maintained by the police corps. Neither the Colonel nor the members of the Corps may copy, remove, disclose, or otherwise make public or share confidential security information, including any information contained in the files, audio and/or video recordings with any member, official, citizen or entity without the express authorization of the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the President of the Senate of Puerto Rico.
