The Secretary of State is hereby authorized to sell the remaining copies of the laws and administrative bulletins so published, at a reasonable price, which shall be fixed by him, taking into account the cost of each edition. The proceeds of said sales shall be deposited monthly in the Commonwealth Treasury to the credit of the fund created under § 199 of this title, to be again expended in the printing and reprinting of new laws and administrative bulletins. The Secretary of the Treasury shall be notified in the usual manner of each deposit made in the Commonwealth Treasury.
