Every consolidated rural school shall be provided with domestic animals, seeds, agricultural implements, fertilizers, and such other things as may be necessary for the establishment and maintenance of an agricultural farm, as well as of the buildings and indispensable appurtenances for the agricultural exploitation made in the school and especially stable, hennery, silo, dungyard, nurseries (almacigos) and depots for preparing for market and preserving agricultural products.
