The Secretary of Transportation and Public Works may organize in his Department an office to carry out the work of design previously performed by the office of the Committee on Design of Public Works. The Secretary of Transportation and Public Works is hereby authorized to transfer to the aforesaid office the personnel he may deem necessary, now engaged in the design of public buildings, from the Division of Public Buildings and Municipal Works of the Department of Transportation and Public Works.
