(a) Every licensed expert electrician or licensed electrical engineer who performs the installation of a portable or fixed power generator which is permanently connected to the power system of the Authority, shall notify the Authority of such an installation through a certification. The Authority shall provide the certification form.
(b) Every owner, possessor or operator of a portable or fixed power generator shall notify the Authority of the location of such a generator. The Authority is hereby empowered to establish the manner in which the notification herein established shall be obtained from the owner, possessor or operator.
