In the cases of persons displaced from the real estate property in which they have their dwelling, business or agricultural operation or nonprofit organization, due to the acquisition, rehabilitation, demolishing or any other activity that requires displacement from said real estate property by an agency, municipality or any other private person to carry out any public or private project that involves, in whole or in part, financing with federal funds, the agency, municipality or person concerned shall compensate the displaced persons with the benefits provided in Public Law 91-646, known as the “Uniform Relocation Assistance and Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970”, as amended.
