§ 9028d. Cooperation with and access to the information and the database

The concerned government entities have the ongoing duty of furnishing the Permit Management Office with such information or documentation whether on paper, digital or any other kind of format as necessary for the discharge of the authorities and duties assigned to the Permit Management Office under this chapter.
